What exactly am I getting?

SO much! Think of the society as virtual nutrition coaching with me, at a fraction of the cost of one-on-one- plus a supportive community (what could be better?!)

You'll get:

- Monthly Web Class: live (recorded) web class on a topic designed to help you grow in your journey to becoming a balanced eater. Topics are progressive: they build upon each other to help you continue to evolve in your wellness journey.

Sample topics include: - The foundations of simplified nutrition: how to eat well without dieting - How to create a balanced plate - Choosing satisfying foods vs. portion-control - How to navigate nutrition changes - Meal planning + food prep
- Creating positive routines for a healthier life - Monthly Workbook: designed to solidify the topic and help you start to implement the tools I've given you in the class. - Weekly Mini Audio lessons: Take these podcast-style nutrition education audios on the go, wherever you are to be educated on topics surrounding the monthly theme, as well as questions asked by members. - Member-exclusive Recipes: Simple, family-friendly recipes that aren't available anywhere else. - Member exclusive Workout: balanced fitness for busy moms by Heather Englund, group fitness instructor and mama of four. - Access to my full e-book and printable library: everything from my brand-new Power Pantry E-book, to 15 minute dinners, my popular Bun in the Oven pregnancy guide, Green Smoothie guide, meal planning printables and more.
All features are digital, mobile-friendly and downloadable. You have access to all features materials for as long as you are a society member.

Will my card be charged monthly?

After the 7-day trial period, for MONTHLY society membership, the payment method you entered at first checkout (debit, credit or paypal) will be charged monthly at a rate of $29.99/month.
Half-year and yearly memberships are one-time fees and will not auto-renew.

Do you offer refunds?

As all features are digital and downloadable, we do not offer refunds.

What if I am a vegetarian or have another dietary constraint?

The Supermama Society is designed to include all food values and preferences within it's intuitive eating, balanced approach to health and wellness. Though the Supermama Society nor the recipes are exclusively vegetarian, we do operate with a plant-forward approach and aim to offer recipes that include all eating values, including vegetarian. Many of our recipes are vegetarian or can be easily substituted as such. Vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free and nut-free e-book recipes are marked.

Will I lose weight?

The Supermama Society is an online membership community for women who desire to live healthier lives without dieting. We do not guarantee any level of weight loss or body change.

We operate on an intuitive eating, Health at Every Size approach, which means we help women find health, no matter what their size, with health, rather than weight change being the ultimate goal.

If you have been struggling with finding your beautiful balance, eating intuitively and incorporating healthy habits may result in body change- it may not. We approach health from a weight neutral place. Regardless of weight loss or body change, you CAN find a healthier, happier life.

I have a suggestion or question I'd like answered on a future coaching audio or q + a. Where can I submit that?

You can send us an email directly: Kristin will try and cover as many questions as possible (topic dependant) as she can either in monthly coaching lives in the Facebook Community or in future audio lessons.

What is the time commitment?

The commitment is what you make of it: if you want to go all-in, or take it as you have the time-- it's 100% up to you, the information will be available to you. For an idea of what is available: Monthly web classes will be anywhere from 30-60 minutes, available live if you'd like to join and ask questions-- or recorded to watch later. These can be watched any time, and are available to you as long as you are a member.

Weekly audios are 15-minutes or less. Short, sweet topics and questions to help you continually grow in your balanced living journey. Workbooks are designed to go along with the audio lessons and web class, and will take you anywhere from 5-15 minutes, per page, or around 20-60 minutes per month.
