As moms, most of us believe it's our job to raise healthy kids, but the reality is, what we're raising is healthy adults. Nourishing our kids now is important- fostering a healthy relationship with food is life changing.
This is why we created the Super Kids Collective. To help you, mama, raise up nourished, intuitive eaters who grow up as adults with not just healthy bodies, but a healthy relationship and appreciation for good food; food that nourishes, food that brings joy and food that fuels bodies and brains.

I'm Kristin, holistic nutritionist and certified intuitive eating counselor, and along with my daughter Sage, we developed the Super Kids Collective to help moms nourish their kids well, from the inside out.
With kid-friendly recipes, tools for helping kids enjoy a variety of food, videos and audios on kids nutrition, fostering a healthy relationship with food and their bodies, and resources to help you along the way, the Super Kids Collective will quickly become your go-to to fuel your kids bodies- and brains, and have fun along the way!

why does this matter?
Studies show children whose parents were more restrictive around food had a higher likelihood of developing disordered eating behaviors. (1)
In one 2003 study that followed 182 girls from ages 5 to 9, girls who experienced high levels of food restriction by their mothers were more likely to eat when not hungry than girls who had low levels of restriction. This was true regardless of whether the girls were "overweight" or not. (2) This was also demonstrated in a later study of similar nature (3).
Research has found that when kids are pressured to eat certain foods, they may grow up with an aversion to eating those foods or dislike them altogether. (4)

Raising kids who are are confident in their ability to listen to their bodies, have an appreciation for nutrient dense food and are introduced to a variety of foods, without restriction starts with us.

Kristin is a holistic health coach, certified intuitive eating counselor and mom of two. It is her passion to help women and their kids find their beautiful balance by simplifying nutrition and tuning into their intuition to live happy, healthy, whole lives. She is founder of the Supermama Society and co-founder of the Super Kids Collective, as well as coaching women around the world on finding energy, food freedom and balance in every area.
Sage, 6 (in November) is a Kindergartener and a yellow belt in karate. She loves to sing, help her sister, and make food with mommy. Her favorite foods are mac n' cheese and cheeseburgers (basically anything with cheese), and she loves fresh tomatoes and kale sauteed with coconut oil and sea salt. She is co-founder of The Super Kids Collective, and hosts her very own cooking show for kids, Cooking with Sage.
