5 Minute Intense Workout

Grab 1 dumbbell (or even none) and join me for an intense 5 minute full body blast workout. This workout get straight into business and targets the entire body. We have 2 exercises: one combo move, and one isolated move. We will go through each of the exercises for 30 seconds, and repeat them until we get through 5 minutes of work. Done and DONE.
