One of the biggest shifts you’ll ever make regarding food freedom and respecting your body is shifting from a mindset of self control to one of self care. We’ve talked a LOT about the detriments of controlling your food and obsessing over controlling your body size, and this is an important step to food and body freedom. But in order to begin to truly love our bodies, we need to CARE for our bodies.
