AUDIO: Exercise: What to do when you've eaten out of emotion.

This is an exercise I like to use with my clients when they are feeling guilt, shame or confusion over eating outside of hunger-- it's a great practice if you are new to tuning into your body, on an intuitive eating journey and aren't quite sure how to deal after you've eaten for emotional reasons.
