We all want to be healthy. At least, I hope you do- if you’re here, and healthy truly looks different for everyone. But many of us have a negative association with healthy living, especially after years of dieting, restricting or beating ourselves up over not being perfect. We feel paralyzed and discouraged by our past experiences and can’t see how nourishing our bodies could be JOYFUL. In today's audio, I want to share how to make nourishment more joyful.
