May Week 1 Audio: Anticipating your food needs



This month we are talking all about eating as a form of self care. And self care, ultimately, starts with meeting your needs. So today, I want to talk about anticipating your needs. Anticipating your needs means you can provide your body with the assurance that food is always available and build trust, as well as avoid getting over-hungry or over-exhausted due to skipping meals or under-eating.
