May Week 3 Audio: Honoring your body (without trying to change her)



Many of us have come from a place of using food as a means of changing our bodies. In order to truly transform our relationship with food, we need to shift our mindset to one of food as an ally, instead of an enemy- something that is going to negatively affect us, but instead to something that is a means of honoring and nurturing our body, mind and soul. Today I want to talk about what it means to honor your body with food- without trying to change it.
