Though you might be listening to this later, during this time I am recording this we are in the midst of COVID19. It’s a strange and stressful time in our world and it’s natural to feel it. I know I do. During these times it can be even more difficult to feel like you’re honoring your body well through food- and it’s OK if you don’t. There are seasons for everything and it’s ok if this is a season where food feels a bit off. But you can STILL eat for self care, even during times of stress and transition, and that’s ultimately what this month is all about.
