September Week 4 Audio: Less-stressed cooking

I know, I know- not everyone is as jazzed to jump into cooking as I am (most days, at least!). Most of us could use a little help when it comes to making meals happen- and though creating a meal plan and doing some prep ahead will help take a HUGE load off of cooking, the actual cooking process can still feel a little stressful. So even if you’re not someone who’s convinced you’ll ever love cooking (or maybe you’re like me and you value being more creative- but that doesn’t always happen on a regular weeknight) I want to help you feel like cooking is a WAY less stressful experience, with these simple and do-able kitchen hacks for less-stressed cooking.
