Happy April (after what seemed like the LONGEST March in recorded history!)
This month we're talking about Body Respect, which, especially following emotional eating, I think is an especially necessary topic during this season when so many of us are worrying about our bodies changing, our health changing and how to wrap our minds around the uncertainty in our world. In addition to our regularly scheduled monthly content, I will also be providing time for short phone check-ins and questions (via Zoom, recorded- in place of facebook office hours) as well as 1-2 additional audios based on what YOU need support in (vote over in the Facebook Group) for extra support.
