This month in The Supermama Society: Cultivate Body Respect

Happy April (after what seemed like the LONGEST March in recorded history!)

This month we're talking about Body Respect, which, especially following emotional eating, I think is an especially necessary topic during this season when so many of us are worrying about our bodies changing, our health changing and how to wrap our minds around the uncertainty in our world. In addition to our regularly scheduled monthly content, I will also be providing time for short phone check-ins and questions (via Zoom, recorded- in place of facebook office hours) as well as 1-2 additional audios based on what YOU need support in (vote over in the Facebook Group) for extra support.

Here is what is in store for this month in The Supermama Society:

Mark your Calendars:

April 6 at 8:00pmEST: Kicking it off with our monthly web class over on Facebook (the recording will also be sent to you via email, afterwards). Listen in live to ask questions and interact with me! Remember-- I am here for YOU. RSVP on Facebook for reminders:

Our Monthly Live Q + A is set for April 27 at 2:30pm est. This is going to be a short and sweet one- so utilize that question box!

Download the workbook: Utilize this workbook along with the audio lessons and the monthly web class. Do it at your own pace. Remember- there is no right or wrong way to approach food and body freedom. Take these pages one at a time- at a pace that feels good to you.
